Lamb from Zdiar

From the recipes of our grandmothers, this time roasted lamb loin.

Ingredients:

1 pc lamb loin 1 pc smaller can of sterilised peas 200 g of hard sheep smoked cheese 100 g bacon 100 g butter 1,5 l milk salt

Procedure:

1. Soak the de-veined lamb loin in milk overnight to lose the mutton flavour
2. Remove the loin, slice it, return it to the baking dish, sprinkle with sterilized peas without brine and grated cheese
