Lamb chorba with spinach and rice
Soup of lamb, spinach, sour milk, hot peppers….

Procedure:
1. 1. When the meat is almost tender, add the parboiled, rinsed rice, chopped hot peppers and cook everything until tender
4. Whisk the egg yolk in the sour milk, pour it into the soup, heat it up, but do not cook it anymore
5. Sprinkle the soup with finely chopped parsley and serve.
