Lamb Chops from Zdiar

Fried lamb leg steak.

Ingredients:

4 pcs lamb leg slices (600 g) 2 pcs eggs 50 g of butter 5 cl of spišska borovička ground pepper salt breadcrumbs for coating frying oil

Procedure:

1. Grind the meat, season with salt and pepper
2. Stew them first in butter, later occasionally baste with water and pine nuts
3. Once the steaks are soft, let them cool down 3. Coat the cold steaks in beaten egg, breadcrumbs (can be bread) and fry in oil.

Recommendation:

Serve with boiled potatoes, potato salad or chips.
