Lamb Broth

Soup of prime lamb with celery inlay.

Ingredients:

500 g of prime beef 1.5 l of water 1 piece of medium sized celery 1 tsp salt

Procedure:

1. Put the washed meat to boil in salted water
2. After about an hour, add the cleaned and chopped celery and cook slowly for about 2.5 hours

Recommendation:

The soup can be supplemented with pre-cooked groats.
