Lamb broth

ingredients

150 g onions 100 g celery 200 g carrots 4 tbsp oil 1 kg lamb breast 2 kg lamb bones chopped 2 pcs garlic cloves 50 g carrots 50 g leeks 50 g parsley 50 g celery 2 sprigs parsley 2 sprigs thyme

Heat the oven to 200°C. Heat the oil in a roasting tin and add the chopped meat, bones, chopped Vegetable Recipes and onion. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Then put everything in a saucepan, cover with 4 litres of water and bring to the boil. Add the garlic herbs. Boil the broth for 4 hours. Pour the finished broth through a sieve.
