Lahnie fasole ciolan (Braised beans with smoked meat)

Ingredients:

1-1.5 kg piece of smoked meat with bone 500 g of dried beans 300 ml of tomato puree 4 pcs medium sized onions 2 pcs

td>meaty peppers 2 pcs carrots 1 pcs red bell pepper capers 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp spicy pepper paste 2 tsp sweet ground paprika bunch of parsley ground pepper salt

Procedure:

  • In the inner bowl of a multicooker, saute finely chopped onions in oil on the Saute program.
  • After 5 minutes, add the chopped peppers and sauté until the Vegetable Recipes are browned. Sauté everything for about 15 minutes with the lid open.
  • Then turn off the machine (Start/Stop) and add the rest of the ingredients. Add 1-1,2 l of water. Attention! Do not exceed the MAX mark on the pot!
  • Close and seal the lid according to the instructions. Program the cooker to the Beans/Chili function, pressure “HIGH”, for 60 minutes.
  • After the time has elapsed, release the pressure according to the instructions and add the finely chopped parsley.
