Kyselo podkrkonošské

From bread sourdough, mushrooms, milk and other ingredients prepared tasty regional soup.

Ingredients:

100 g of fresh or a reasonable amount of dried mushrooms 1 packet of bread sourdough 2 pieces of egg 1 pc small onion 1 l

td>water 2 dl milk 1 tbsp butter 1 tablespoon coarse flour cumin salt

Procedure:

1. Pour lukewarm water over the sourdough starter and leave in a warm place for about four hours to rise in a large bowl
2. Add the risen sourdough starter, salt and cumin and simmer for about 15 minutes

Recommendation:

The sour is served with potatoes boiled in their skins and cut into marigolds.
