Bits of pork leg meat skewered on a skewer together with leeks, fried in triple coating. Recipe from Japanese cuisine.

Procedure:
1. Cut the pork leg meat into smaller pieces, salt and pepper and let it rest for about an hour
2. Cut the leek into rolls about 2 to 3 cm long
3. Thread the meat and the leek alternately onto the needle
4. Coat the individual needles in eggs beaten with milk and flour and breadcrumbs and fry on all sides in heated oil
5. Cut the lettuce into small noodles, arrange in the centre of the plate, place a portion of the skewers on top and drizzle with soy sauce.
Recommendation:
Serve preferably with steamed rice.
