Ingredients:

6 tbsp semolina 1 tsp butter 1 piece of egg pinch of mace curry speck salt

Procedure:

1. Mix the semolina with the egg, a teaspoon of butter and spices, add salt and work into a dough
2. Form small balls, put them in boiling water and cook for 7 minutes, put the cooked dumplings on a plate, pour the warm broth and serve.
