Kresné pancakes
Pancakes made of flour, egg and other ingredients, baked in the oven until golden brown, served with lard.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Put the sifted plain flour, a pinch of salt, hot ground pepper, egg, oil, peeled, crushed garlic cloves and milk in a bowl
2. Mix everything together, make a stiffer dough, divide into loaves and then into thicker pancakes
3. Spread on a greased baking sheet, put in a preheated oven and bake at 170 °C until golden brown (20 minutes)
