Procedure:
1. Peel and finely grate the raw potatoes, let stand for about 10 minutes
2. Squeeze out the excess water from the potatoes, add the flour, egg, crushed garlic and milk, mix well
3. Season with salt, pepper and marjoram, finally incorporate the smoked meat cubes, bacon and crackling into the batter
4. Grease the pancake cups and let them heat up, then fry the batter into individual pancakes.
