Nuts made of mashed potatoes and other ingredients simmered in a soup of smoked meat, served with butter.

Ingredients:

500 g of mashed potatoes 150 g breadcrumbs 30 g semolina 2 pcs oats smoked cooking soup Muscat flower butter for pouring cress cress salt

Procedure:

1. Mix the mashed potatoes, prepared in the usual way from boiled potatoes, milk and butter, with breadcrumbs, semolina, eggs, flower, salt and let it rest for about 20 minutes
2. Use a spoon to cut out gnocchi from the dough, cook them in the soup of smoked meat
3. Serve the cooked gnocchi covered with clarified butter.
