Soup of our grandmothers from semolina, egg, chard and beef broth.

Ingredients:

50 g of semolina 1 l water not bone broth 1 pk egg 2 tbsp of lime 1 tbsp beef tallow salt

Procedure:

1. Fry semolina in tallow until red
2. Add water or broth
3. Add finely chopped cloves and salt 4.
