Kostelecky goulash
One of the variants of serving beef goulash. Kostelec goulash is decorated with roasted sausage, pepper salad, chopped hot peppers and boiled egg.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Saute diced meat in onion pepper base until browned
2. Add flour, fry, then add tomato paste, salt, cumin, pour water, add half a teaspoon of vinegar and simmer everything until tender, basting occasionally with water
3. Serve the individual portions of the goulash garnished with fried sausage, chopped pieces of hot peppers and a round of boiled egg; serve the pepper salad as a side dish.

Serve the stew with potatoes or bread dumplings or fresh bread.
