Korean chicken recipe in Romanoff clay pot

This Korean chicken recipe is a variation of the popular dish called dakbokkeumtang, or chicken stew. The chicken is cooked in a Romanoff clay pot, which gives it a unique flavor. The pot is first coated with a layer of oil, then the chicken and vegetables are added. The pot is then sealed with a lid and placed in a preheated oven.

The chicken is usually marinated before cooking, so the first step is to prepare the marinade. To do this, combine gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger in a bowl and mix well. Then, cut the chicken into small pieces and add it to the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

While the chicken is marinating, you can prepare the vegetables. Peel and slice the onion, and cut the carrots into thin slices. Then, when the chicken has finished marinating, add the vegetables to the pot and stir everything together.

Place the pot in a preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Once it’s done, remove the pot from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving
