Potato mashed with butter or fried onions.

Ingredients:

1 kg of potatoes 1/4 l potato stock 2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour 1 tablespoon butter 1 pc garlic clove ground allspice water

Procedure:

1. Boil peeled and sliced potatoes in salted water with garlic
2. In the meantime, prepare a light roux, pour in the broth from the mashed potatoes, whisk, boil and add to the mashed potatoes and mix well into a smooth mash
3. Season with ground allspice and serve buttered or sautéed onions.
