1. Prepare potato batter by mixing finely grated raw potatoes, egg, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons flour and grated cheese
2. Cut the meat into slices, gently pat, salt, pepper and fry in oil in a frying pan on both sides for about 4 to 5 minutes
