400 g semi-coarse flour 1 KL salt 4 tbsp softened butter 1 tbsp icing sugar 2 pcs plums 1/2 packet baking powder 2 tbsp um 200 ml sour cream
For frying:
vegetable oil
For coating:
icing sugar vanilla sugar

Dough: Sift flour with baking powder into a bowl, add salt, icing sugar, softened butter, egg yolks, um, sour cream and make a dough and let it rest for about one hour.

Then roll it out on a floured board to a thickness of about 3 mm and cut it into strips 15-20 cm long and 1,5 cm wide using a rolling pin. Loosely fold the ends over each other as if you were tying a knot, leaving a loose loop in the middle. When frying, they will join together

Fry in more hot oil. Allow to drain on a paper napkin. While still warm, roll in a mixture of powdered sugar and vanilla sugar
