Klatovy bryndza soup

ingredients

250 g bryndza 100 g plain flour 1 KL salt 1 pk egg 100 g smoked bacon 2 KL ground red pepper

step

1. Melt the bryndza in salted boiling water. Make a stiff dough from the flour, salt and egg, which is grated on the bottom of a coarse grater and boiled in the soup. 2. Finely chop the bacon, fry, dust with ground red pepper and add to the soup.
