Kiwi puree with chia seeds

2 pcs kiwi 1 pcs nectarines 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp lemon zest 4 ice cubes

1.
Wash the kiwi and cut the ends off, but feel free to leave the skin on. If you feel you can’t handle it, peel it off.
2.
Toss the kiwi and pitted ripe nectarine into a blender (if you use a very hard one, the puree won’t be good quality, ) and blend with ice cubes.
3.
Pour the puree into a bowl, mix with the chia seeds, let it sit for a while while the chia starts its “jelly” process. Serve with a sprinkle of lemon or orange zest.
