It is also suitable for Sunday relaxation and coffee, it comes from my head(when you are in the mood for something), I have a very good relationship with baking I bake almost all the time 🙂
1.
Beat the egg whites and sugar into stiff peaks, gradually beat in the egg yolks one at a time and finally lightly fold in the sifted flour with a fork.
2.
Pour into a baking tin lined with baking paper. The temperature on the oven is also not clear, as each oven heats differently. I bake mine at 150-160 degrees for about 1 hour.
3.
After removing from the oven, turn upside down and let cool on a wire rack. Then trim sides and flip over.
4.
Whipped cream filling: whipping cream, vanilla, relish. Spread the whipped cream filling on the sponge and leave to cool (preferably in the fridge).
5.
Cut kiwi(6pcs) into rounds and place on top of the stiffened whipped cream. Make a semi-solid pudding. Pour not very hot (but still liquid) on top of the fruit and put in the fridge to set.
6.
You can sprinkle with granola or chocolate if you like.
