Procedure:
1. Add a pinch of salt to the plain flour, melted lard, add 75 ml of hot water and make a smooth dough, let it rest for a while
2. Coarsely mince the meat, peel and finely grate the ginger, chop the cabbage and leek into cubes
3. Heat the oil in a pan and briefly fry the minced chicken, add the cabbage, the crushed garlic, the ginger and fry again
4. Then pour in the soy sauce, simmer and add the chopped leek, finally add the soy sauce dissolved in water to combine the meat with the Vegetable Recipes
5. Add salt to taste and let cool
6. Roll the dough into a very thin pancake and cut out rounds using a round cutter with a diameter of 10 cm
7. Place a small spoonful of the meat mixture on each half of the round, brush the edges of the round with water, fold in half and join with a fork
8. Lightly fry both sides in oil and then place in boiling salted water and cook until tender, place on a tray and leave to cool 9. Just before serving, fry them again, this time until golden brown
10. Serve the pouches with soy sauce to which ginger, garlic or chilli peppers are added.
