Kinder bueno cheesecake

ingredients

Corpus

150 g butter biscuits 90 g butter

Filling

500 g soft cottage cheese 200 g sour cream 160 g caster sugar 1 pk egg vanilla extract 1 tbsp plain flour 70 g nougat butter

Ganache

100 g white chocolate 75 ml whipped cream

Corpus: put the butter biscuits in a chopper, grind them and add melted butter to them. Spread the mixture evenly on the bottom of the tin. Use a 24 cm mould and put baking paper on the bottom (bottom only).

Prepare the filling by putting all the ingredients in a larger bowl and mixing with a hand mixer. Spread evenly over the crust and bake in a preheated oven at 150-160°C for about 35 minutes. Keep an eye on it during baking and when the edges take on a golden colour, it is baked.

After baking, leave it in the open oven for about an hour to prevent it from cracking. Then take it out, let it cool at room temperature and in the meantime prepare the ganache.

Ganache: Heat the cream over a medium heat, add the white chocolate and stir until melted. Then pour evenly over the cheesecake and hit the mould a few times on the work surface to avoid bubbles.

Refrigerate to set for a few hours, preferably overnight. Once set, decorate with milk chocolate and kinder bueno.
