1/2 kg pork head 60 g grits 20 g lard 40 g onion to taste garlic to taste marjoram a little whole black pepper a little whole allspice to taste water to taste salt 1 dl pork blood

1. Put the cleaned head to boil in water, later add the grits and salt. 2. Fry the chopped onion and garlic in lard, pour in the water from the boiled head and pour into the soup. 3. Finally, season with pepper and add the beaten blood. 4. Chop the meat finely, put it back into the soup and boil briefly.
