Keto rolls with whipping cream recipe

Love sushi, but trying to stay low-carb? This keto rolls with whipping cream recipe is for you! All of the delicious taste of sushi, without the rice. And, it’s an easy recipe to follow. Simply replace the rice with cauliflower, and you’re good to go!

For the keto rolls, you’ll need:
-1 head of cauliflower
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/4 teaspoon onion powder
-1/2 cup mayo
-1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-1 tablespoon heavy cream
-2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
-2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
-1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
-6 ounces sliced deli ham
-6 ounces sliced Swiss cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Spread into the baking dish.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, parsley, chives, and thyme. Spread over the cauliflower.
4. Layer ham and Swiss cheese over the top.
5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly
