Kefir muffins with blueberries
ingredients
250 ml kefir 60 ml oil 60 ml milk 2 pk eggs salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 120 g cane sugar 240 g cane sugar 240 g plain flour 1 pk baking powder 200 g blueberries
procedure

Sieve the flour with the baking powder, add the salt and cane sugar. In another bowl, whisk together the kefir, eggs, oil , milk and vanilla extract and add to the dry ingredients

Combine the two masses , so that there are no lumps. Stir only lightly to make the muffins beautifully fluffy. Finally, stir in 3/4 of the blueberries.

Prepare a muffin tin and line it with paper cups, filling them 3/4 full as they will still rise. Place the remaining blueberries on top and bake for 20 min at 180C.
