Milled beef seasoned with romaine, pepper, chives, garlic and onion.

Ingredients:

500 g ground beef 4 pcs 2 pcs of egg 1 pcs onions 1 teaspoon of Chubrica spice pinch of Roman cumin pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Mix the minced meat with finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, egg and spices

Note:

Cubrica – The base of this mixture originating from the Balkans is fenugreek, fenugreek and dried sage. The other ingredients are roasted corn flour, and salt. Dried chillies or dried celery leaves are often added to this base. The taste is bitter to slightly hot. It is suitable for grilled dishes, especially minced meat. Of course, it has a great use in Balkan dishes such as musace or djuveč. It is also used in kebabs, vegetable and meat mixtures and some vegetable soups.
