Kedlubnovo Leek Spread

Sauce of grated leek, kohlrabi, melted cheese and soft cottage cheese, spread on slices of rye bread, topped with slices of ham.

Ingredients:

200 g of sliced ham edible wholemeal bread For the spread: 250 g soft cottage cheese 150 g leek 100 g leek melted cheese 1 pk chive salt

Procedure:

1. Wash the leeks, cut them into noodles, put them in a colander, rinse them with hot water and let them drain
2. Peel the kohlrabi, grate it coarsely and add salt to get rid of excess water
3. Spread on slices of rye bread and top with slices of ham.
