Karlovarský knedlík II.

A side dish dumpling, suitable for many dishes, not only meat.

Ingredients:

350 g of liquids 80 g of coarse flour 1-2 pcs of eggplant 5-6 dl milk salt butter on a napkin

Procedure:

1. Slice the eyelids, pour milk with beaten eggs and let them soak
2. Add flour and mix lightly
3. Place the dough in a soaked, wrung out, buttered cloth, wrap well and tie the ends
4. Cook in salted water for about 20 minutes
5. Unwrap the cooked dumpling and cut into slices.
