Kale soup with sausage

ingredients

1 pk onion 1 tbsp oil 1/2 pk kale to taste salt 1 tbsp plain flour a little sweet ground paprika 1,5 liters water 3 pk potatoes 1/2 KL crushed cumin 1 cube meat broth 3 cloves garlic a little parsley 1 pk sausage

step

1.

Fry the chopped onion in oil, add the sliced kale, salt, dust with flour and sweet ground pepper, fry and cover with water.

Add diced potatoes, let boil, add cumin, bouillon cube and cook until tender.

Flavor the hot soup with pressed garlic and chopped parsley and add the browned and chopped sausage to the soup portions.
