Kale soup with potatoes

ingredients

1 pk onion 1 tbsp oil 1/2 pk kale to taste salt 1 tbsp plain flour 1,5 liters water 3 pk potatoes 1/2 KL crushed cumin 1 cube meat broth 3 cloves garlic to taste parsley

Fry the chopped onion in oil, add the sliced kale, salt, dust with flour, fry and cover with water. Add diced potatoes, let boil, add caraway seeds, bouillon cube and boil until tender.

Flavour the hot soup with pressed garlic and chopped parsley.
