Kale soup with meat

ingredients

300 g kale 150 g poultry meat 1 pk onion 2 cloves garlic 250 ml whipping cream 1 tbsp vegeta a little oil to taste salt, ground black pepper a little parmesan for garnish

procedure

1. Cut the meat into small cubes and fry them in a pot in hot oil. Remove with a slotted ladle and set aside. Add the finely chopped onion and the pressed garlic to the fat. Add a little water, salt and pepper. Simmer the mixture until tender. 2. Wash and dry the kale leaves and cut them into thin slices. Add them to the soup and add about 750 ml of water. Season with vegetation and boil until tender. 3. Then blend the soup with a stick blender, add the cream, put the meat back in and let it heat through. Serve with fresh bread and grated Parmesan cheese.
