Kale-potato fritters

1 pk kale 3 pk potatoes 1 pk onion 3 cloves garlic 1 KL Chia seeds 3 tbsp whole wheat flour to thicken as needed salt, black ground pepper, marjoram

Basic ingredients.

Clean the potatoes, cut them into cubes and boil them in salted water. Once cooked, mash them to a paste.

Cut the kale into pieces and steam it.

In a bowl put potatoes, kale, add chia seeds, fried onion with garlic,pepper salt, marjoram…
