Kale meatballs with bun

ingredients

400 g kale 20 g lard 20 g onion 80 g breadcrumbs 80 g lard 1 pk egg 3 pk bun to taste water, salt, milk, ground black pepper

step

Boil the kale in salted water. Then chop it, add salt, onion fried in lard, sliced buns moistened in milk, egg, pepper and stir. Form meatballs on a baking tray sprinkled with breadcrumbs and fry them in the lard.
