Juicy peach sauce
ingredients
8 pcs peach 4 tbsp caster sugar 200 ml orange juice 2 tbsp red wine

1. Cover the peaches with boiling water, then peel them and cut them into smaller pieces. 2. Caramelize the caster sugar in a saucepan. Add the orange juice and red wine and cook until the caramel has completely dissolved. Then pour this sauce over the peaches. 3. Serve as a dessert on its own, on a cake or with vanilla ice cream.
