4 tbsp lard 4 pcs onion 600 g beef 2 tsp ground sweet paprika 1 tsp crushed cumin 4 cloves garlic 2 tbsp tomato puree 1 pk green pepper 3 pk tomato

Fry 3 chopped onions in lard, add diced meat, fry, add paprika, cumin, crushed garlic and tomato puree. Stir and simmer in its own juices. Slightly baste and slowly simmer until almost tender.

Add chopped peppers, peeled tomatoes, chopped remaining onion and simmer briefly.

Do not strain or thicken the juice. Serve with bread or rice.
