Juicy cutlets on tomato sauce by Blaženka. Recipe not only for Sunday!

1 kg pork curry 1 pk onion 3 cloves garlic 1 pk small pepper 1 tbsp tomato puree 2 tbsp oil salt, ground black pepper crushed cumin, curry powder plain flour

I found the inspiration for the recipe from the cook Mrs. Blaženka and adapted it a bit to our taste. Lunch from few ingredients and tastes really delicious.

Wash and dry the pork. You can use pork loin but you can also use pork thigh or another piece of meat.

Slice the meat into thinner slices, cut the sides and tenderize the slices. Salt each side. Add a little black pepper. Dust with flour and fry in oil on each side.

Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the stock. Sauté for a moment and add the tomato puree. Add the seared cutlets and cover with water to cover them all. Season with cumin, a little curry powder and more salt if needed. Add the crushed garlic. There is no need to thicken the sauce. It will be thickened by the puree and the flour we have dusted the cutlets with.

Cover the cutlets and simmer until tender. Serve the succulent cutlets with mashed potatoes. I wish you a good taste!
