When there’s no time to invent something, natural meat is a sure thing. This classic combination is a favourite with us.

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash, slice, salt and pepper the meat. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sear the meat on each side. Transfer the roasted meat to a larger pot.

Fry the onion in the remaining oil until golden and cover with water. Simmer for a moment and strain through a sieve to the meat. Cover the meat and simmer until tender.
4.
Finally, whisk in a little water to thicken the sauce and soften with butter.
5.
As a side dish you can choose rice and a fried egg with bacon.
