Juice on cream
ingredients
600 g pike 60 g lard 1 pk onion 1/4 litre sour cream 20 g plain flour a little ground black pepper a little lemon juice to taste salt
procedure
1. Fry the finely chopped onion in lard, put in the clean pieces of fish, add salt and pepper, pour in the cream in which the flour has been dissolved and simmer, covered. 2. Finally, add lemon juice to taste. Serve with steamed rice.
