Recipe procedure
1 1. Let the yeast rise in the milk with a spoonful of sugar. Sift the flour with a pinch of salt into a bowl. Add the lemon zest, the egg yolks, the remaining sugar and pour in the risen yeast and the dissolved wet milk.
