Jistebnický bouchanec

A regional dish prepared from ground roasted goat meat and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

500 g of coarse flour 400 g roasted goat 50 g of butter 2 dl meat broth 2 pcs eggs 1 tbsp cold water salt

Procedure:

1. Knead the flour, eggs, water and salt into a very stiff dough and let it rest for 15 minutes
2. Then grate it coarsely, spread it on a roll and after drying it in the oven, roast it until golden brown
3. Add the minced roast meat, pour the salted broth in which we melted the butter and simmer everything for a while.
