Jistebnicka omelette

Egg omelettes filled with minced smoked meat mixed with yoghurt.

Ingredients:

6 pcs egg 50 g coarse flour 6 tbsp young nettle leaves 6 tablespoons milk 1 tablespoon lard to the tip of the knife baking powder frying oil ground pepper salt For stuffing: 250 g of ground cooked smoked meat 1 cup yogurt

Procedure:

1. Stew washed and chopped nettle leaves in butter
2. Whip the stiff snow from six egg whites, add the flour mixed with baking powder, salt, ground pepper, egg yolks dissolved in milk and finally stewed nettle leaves

Recommendation:

Serve the omelet with boiled potatoes buttered and garnish with a lettuce leaf or a piece of radish.
