Jilemnice sourdough with mushrooms

Tasty mushroom soup thickened with sourdough starter and cream.

Ingredients:

150 g of sourdough bread 2 handfulsdried mushrooms 4 tsp butter 1/8 l sour cream 2 pcs yolks water salt

Procedure:

1. Put finely crushed dried mushrooms, cumin seeds, salt into cold water and let it boil
2. Dilute the sourdough bread carefully with milk, pour into the soup and let it boil
3. Finally, add the cream with the beaten egg yolks and butter and let the soup thicken while stirring (but it must not boil).
