Beef leg of beef cut into cubes, sauteed in onion together with other ingredients until tender.

Procedure:
1. Fry finely chopped onion in lard in a pot until golden brown
2. Add the diced kielbasa, salt it lightly, dust with ground sweet paprika, add tomato paste, grated garlic, cumin, pepper and grated bread, pour lightly with beer
3. Slowly simmer covered in the oven, baste the meat with water as needed, stir occasionally
4. Add diced cucumbers to the soft meat, warm through and serve preferably with bread.
