Jewish recipe with eggs chips

Here is a delicious and easy recipe for Jewish style eggs and chips. This dish is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is simple to make and can be easily tailored to your liking.

For this recipe, you will need:

6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons butter
2 cups potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 onions, peeled and thinly sliced

To make the eggs, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. In a large frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the egg mixture to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, until the eggs are firm and cooked through.
