On goose fat fried onion and goose liver, cooled mixture ground together with hard boiled eggs, served with white bread. Recipe from Boskovice.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Fry the diced onion in lard
2. Add the chopped poultry liver, which we fry together with the onions, remove from the heat source and let cool
3. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs
4. Mix all ingredients together and grind in a meat grinder
5. Salt and pepper the caviar and serve with white bread.
