Jelítková soup

A variation of a killer soup prepared from larger hail, grits and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

1 piece of large hail jelly 1 piece of beetroot 2 pcs garlic cloves 60 g of English bacon 1.5 l of water 3 tbsp of grits mayo pepper salt bone of masox

Procedure:

1. Soak the grits in cold water in the evening, then boil them the next day until tender
2. Put the chopped bacon in a pot and cook it until golden brown, then put the chopped onion on top
3. Once the onion has turned brown, squeeze the contents of the jelly on it, stir the mixture with a whisk and let it fry for a while
4. Pour boiling water over the jelly, add a cube of masox, grated garlic, salt, pepper and let it simmer until you get a tasty black soup
5. Finally, add the boiled and watered groats to the soup and season with marjoram.
