1 kg of potatoes 100 g of plain flour 100 g of semi-coarse flour pcs salt pcs bryndza pcs overgrown bacon

Cut the cleaned potatoes into cubes and boil in salted water until tender. Drain the water, but leave about 1/3, mash the potatoes and add the sifted flour. Stir and let stand for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the bacon into small roulades, spread it out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

From the rested dough, make walnut-sized balls and place on the bacon. Leave to bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve sprinkled with bryndza.
