Japanese Minced Meat Sticks

Ground meat with onion, salt, pepper and barbecue sauce. Excellent side dish will be Asian noodles with Vegetable Recipes.

Ingredients:

For 4 servings: 400 g minced meat 15 g breadcrumbs 2 pcs spring onions 1 pcs small onion finely chopped 1 bottle Hellmann’s Japanese Sticky Barbecue Sauce 1/2 tsp salt pepper And further: 16 pcs of bamboo skewers

Procedure:

1. Mix the minced meat with onion, salt, pepper and 40 ml of Hellmann`s Japanese Sticky BBQ Sauce
2. Add breadcrumbs, mix well and form 16 rolls on a skewer
3. Grill until cooked through (approx 8 minutes)
4. Serve with remaining Hellmann’s Japanese Sticky BBQ sauce (for example, mixed with 2 spring onions chopped finely).

Recommendation:

Tip: Before you start preparing the minced meat, soak the bamboo skewers in water (for about 20 minutes), then the skewers will not burn when grilling. Note:
