Jamie’s rice recipe using chilli jam

Chilli jam is a great way to spice up your rice dish, and it’s so easy to make! Just follow Jamie’s recipe below:
Ingredients:
1 cup rice
2 cups water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
1 green chilli, diced
1/4 cup chilli jam
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, bring the rice and water to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the onion and chilli and cook until soft.
Stir in the cooked rice and chilli jam.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot and enjoy!
